Need expert WordPress help? We offer flexible, hourly-based support for whatever tasks or projects you need completed. Simply purchase the hours in advance, send us your task list, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ll notify you when your time is nearly used up — or if more time is needed to complete your request.

Looking for extended support at a discounted rate? You can also purchase a 4-hour block, which offers better value for longer or more complex tasks.

Please note: 5-hour blocks must be used consecutively and cannot be divided into separate one-hour tasks or sessions.

This service must be purchased according to the following rules:

What We Can Do Within Your Reserved Time

During your allotted time, we can assist with a wide range of tasks — just let us know what you need! If you’re unsure what’s possible within the time frame, we recommend booking a consultation session or sending us a detailed scope of work via email.

We’re happy to provide WordPress training on topics such as:

  • How to use the WordPress dashboard

  • Posting blogs and managing content

  • Adding and managing WooCommerce products

  • Basic WooCommerce customization
  • Basic Plugin Twerking

However, please note: Training to become a full website designer is outside the scope of our support.

To ensure expectations are clear, here’s what we do not offer during 1:1 screen share sessions:

🚫 We do not build websites live during a screen share.
🚫 We do not provide training on how to become a website designer.
🚫 We do not teach programming languages (PHP, CSS, HTML) in real time.
🚫 You may not watch us perform work during screen share sessions.

About 5-Hour Blocks

Our 5-hour blocks are designed for efficiency and focus. Here’s how they work:

  • A 5-hours block = 5 consecutive hours dedicated to your project.

  • These blocks are ideal for deeper tasks, larger updates, or working through a task list efficiently.

  • The discounted rate reflects the value of uninterrupted, extended work time.

  • Time blocks cannot be split into smaller 1-hour sessions or used across multiple days or tasks.
